My Biography
Alex is a researcher, analyst, and strategist with the Redbridge Group. She specialises in strategic development (synthesising quantitative and qualitative research) and political communications. Having completed degrees in Professional Communications (RMIT) and Political Science (Honours, Monash), Alex has advised leaders in politics, academia, health research, and survivor advocacy on strategy, communications, and business development. After founding and editing widely read publications in the Jewish community, Alex moved into the political sphere and has consulted for numerous progressive political projects and campaigns. She was Zoe Daniel's Head of Strategy, as well as Policy and Paid Digital Lead. In 2021, she developed a novel methodology for constituent segmentation for the Greens’ campaign for the seat of Macnamara and brought this methodology to a number of Teal independent campaigns, as well. These methods allowed for highly efficient use of resources in direct voter contact and digital communications.
