My Biography
Ellyse Borghi received smicha (Orthodox rabbinic ordination) from Beit Midrash Har'El in Jerusalem in 2019. She has previously studied at various yeshivot in Jerusalem; HaRova, Nishmat, Matan, Hevruta at Hebrew University and Pardes. She is a qualified pre-marriage teacher and certified to appear as a lawyer in Batei Din (rabbinic courts). Ellyse spends her days as a children's lawyer for Legal Aid and her evenings learning and teaching Torah. She lives with her husband Adam and their three daughters in Melbourne.
