Amanda is passionate about growing philanthropic giving in Australia alongside building the impact investing ecosystem. Having completed an Arts degree and a Law (Honours) degree, Amanda started her career as a corporate lawyer. Amanda then moved into the not for profit sector followed by the philanthropic sector where she worked with multi-generational families to engage in giving strategically. Today Amanda is co-founder of Impact Generation Partners, which invests in, advises and supports enterprises that deliver financial as well as social and/or environmental returns. Amanda is Co Chair of Philanthropy Australia, the peak body for philanthropy in Australia. She is a Director of Impact Investing Australia and Deputy Chair of the Federal Government Social Impact Investing Taskforce’s Expert Panel. Amanda has extensive experience in the philanthropic and impact investing sectors, with an emphasis on engaging the next generation in giving and creating change and on supporting women and girls. Amanda is also an active member of the Australian Jewish Funders and has been involved as a facilitator on numerous LaunchPad retreats.
