My Biography
Andrea is passionate about inclusion within society. She currently puts her energy into advocating for continuous improvement in patient-centred care within the health system. Her professional background includes championing Inclusive Communications. She also has experience contributing within the Jewish community. This ranges from being foundation coordinator of Jewish radio programs at 3EA through to recently serving on the NCJWA federal Board. Andrea is currently activity as lead health consumer advisor/partner. This includes consulting, contributing to co-design and delivery for better health outcomes. Roles vary from committee membership and project co-design through to consumer research and input from abroad diversity perspective/ definition. This includes with Department of Health/ Safer Care Victoria and Alfred Health. Andrea is an Ambassador for DHSV promoting improvement and access to the public dental system. She is also active contributing to advocacy, research and improved services for people who are hard of hearing Her professional work with Inclusive Communications specialises in understanding and reaching diverse audiences such as multicultural communities and people living with disability. She has experience with governance, training and mentoring
