My Biography

Rachel brings has over 20 years of experience as a CEO, manager and executive leader with general management experience and a demonstrated history of working in for purpose organistaions, the legal services industry, legal sector and higher education. She is skilled in strategic planning, lecturer, team building, mentoring and public speaking. She believes that profit and purpose are not mutually exclusive, and that institutions can and should take responsibility to create a positive, transformational and sustainable impact on their communities. She believes that the key to achieving any organisations’ goals is meaningful stakeholder engagement and communication, connecting with people to build a vibrant and inclusive community. A graduate of the Institute of Company Directors, she brings with her a depth of knowledge about good governance and an energy to help take the organisation forward. She has a Law degree and Masters of Laws and has completed the Advanaced Leadership Program with Women & Leadership. She is courrently completing an MBA.
