Zoe Goodhardt is Head of Growth at TAG, a Strategy, Technology, and Marketing Studio in Melbourne. Her workday involves partnering with clients to deliver optimal results, people managing (which she prefers to call mentoring), working on digital strategies, business development, creative direction, and plain old hustling. Zoe led a team of strategists, creatives, developers, copywriters, and performance specialists in delivering the Frontline Careers campaign for Western Health, which has been successful in generating hundreds of new staff and is an ongoing recruitment campaign.
