My Biography
Romy has worked in Australia at the intersection of corporate law, funds management and responsible investment since 2011. My background provides me with a broad perspective on a range of issues relating to funds management including capital raising, ESG integration and reporting and product development. In my role at MaxCap, I work in the Capital team focused on institutional capital raising as well as developing and implementing the firm's responsible investment strategy. I am a member of MaxCap's ESG Advisory Committee and work closely with the investment team and external stakeholders on sustainable finance product development. I am Chair of the Property Council of Australia Debt Markets Committee and a member of the National Division Council.
