My Biography
Lexi Kowal is a proud community advocate, leader and experienced strategy consultant. Lexi's passion for the community has culminated in her role as Vice President of Zionism Victoria. Further, Lexi volunteers for the National Council of Jewish Women (Vic) Advocacy Committee. Lexi holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from Monash University and has previously worked for both the Victorian and Federal Parliaments. Professionally, Lexi now works as a Consultant at Deloitte. Lexi’s has a wealth of experience supporting large scale transformations and operating model design within the Public and Health sectors. Lexi’s passion for impact-led Public Sector consulting has seen her support key Government and NFP clients in developing organizational strategy, operational excellence and policy design.
